I have been working in glass since 1974 and working from the studio here at Welbeck since 2003. I studied on the Ceramics and Glass course at Birmingham Polytechnic from 1974-77 and was privileged to be taught by Bill Heaton, who had previously been a master glassmaker at Whitefriars. Bill showed me a range of traditional glassmaking techniques and skills that I still use today.
You can watch a film of me working and see some of my work.
